Possible users journey

1. User should be able to add discord bot to a server
2. On commands able to register a district to get vaccinated and select age group (18+ or 45+).
3. Able to get hourly update on open slots if available
4. User should be able to manually check COWIN slots available for their district
5. User should able to change their age group and district
6. Navigate to COWIN site if slot available.

Acceptance criteria

• Able to register for COWIN update.
• Able to check available slots.
• Able to get automatic notification whenever slot opens up.
